Adrian is specialised in value growth and exit readiness for founder-led IT and technology companies.
He brings over 20 years of experience across IT consulting, program and project management and business operations, having worked with complex enterprise environments, international clients and multi-stakeholder organisations. This background gives him a strong understanding of how technology businesses operate at scale and how investors assess operational and execution risk.
Adrian works primarily with founders who have built strong businesses but face challenges related to scalability, management structure, and investor perception. He supports them in professionalizing operations, reducing founder dependency and increasing strategic and financial attractiveness ahead of future capital events.
He is the founder of Kardia Consulting, a boutique advisory firm focused on SMEs. His work combines strategic advisory, financial analysis and hands-on execution, helping owners transition from operational firefighting to long-term value creation.
Within M&A processes, Adrian is involved from early diagnostics and positioning through preparation and transaction execution, working closely with lead advisors, investors and buyers.
He is known for a pragmatic, structured approach, grounded in real-world operating experience and aligned with international investor expectations.
